Search Engagement Consultant (remote-based)

As a Search Engagement Consultant, you will lead and manage multiple M.E.T. talent search engagements across disciplines, levels, and industries by identifying, engaging, vetting, and connecting the right people for our clients. Sound enticing? 

Note: Currently we are looking for someone remote based in one of the following states: Virginia, New Hampshire, Vermont.

What You'll Do ...

–  Lead full lifecycle talent search engagements using M.E.T.’s established process and manage execution with high standards.

–  Be responsible for high quality deliverables, established process follow-through, and effective client and candidate interactions.

–  Identify, engage, and advocate for candidates that meet the specific needs of our clients.

–  Establish and maintain strong working relationships with our current clientele and engage future clients.

–  Use different research approaches to learn and become astute in diverse, and at times complex, roles and industries.

– Collaborate with fellow M.E.T. team members to develop tailored candidate sourcing, outreach, and engagement strategies and to support one another across search engagements.

– Provide a positive and effective experience for our clients through open communication, expectation setting, and adaptability.

–  Use a variety of provided technologies and tools to support efforts in searching for qualified candidates.

* Note *  M.E.T. will help set you up for success by providing all necessary process training and software programs to help you work effectively and efficiently.

Who You Are ...

You may be the right fit for our Search Engagement Consultant position, if you are passionate about providing a signature client and candidate experience; taking pride in delivering premium quality; and enjoying the challenges associated with creative problem-solving. This opportunity is open to experienced professionals who meet the following requirements:   

–  Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience

–  7+ years’ professional experience, ideally with project management; 3+ years in talent acquisition involving passive candidate recruitment

–  Excellent time management skills with experience or interest in adhering to a ‘focused time-management’ routine. e.g. experience with Agile, Pomodoro Technique, etc preferred

–  Confident and industrious individual who works well independently, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines

–  A keen eye for detail and advanced organizational skills

–  Superior communication and relationship-building skills coupled with a keen ability to listen

–  Proficient in Office suite, Google Workspace, and online research with ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings through web conferencing technology

–  Demonstrated reliable and fast internet during working hours (checked using www.speedtest.net) & proven home-office established that lacks distractions allowing for focus during work hours

–  A desire to learn, develop, and improve each day
